Refund policy

These items are custom-made items, therefore refunds are only issued for product quality issues if you do not want a replacement.   

Here's what we consider a defect:

  • Misprint
  • Faded print
  • Arrived stained
  • Flex peeling off
  • Holes on the product

 A photo must be taken of the problem, and your order ID must be included.  

From there you will be offered a new item or a refund.  

If you are shipped the wrong item please take a picture of the item and contact us with your order number.
